Seasonal Honey Varieties
Our honey changes with the seasons, reflecting the diverse landscapes of Ireland:
Early Season Honey: In spring, our bees primarily forage on rapeseed, producing a light and delicate honey.
Summer Multi-Floral Honey: From May to July, our bees enjoy a rich array of wildflowers, creating a complex and vibrant multi-floral honey.
Heather Honey: In late August, we move our hives to the mountains, where our bees gather nectar from heather blooms. This highly sought-after honey is rich, aromatic, and packed with unique flavor.
